A new chapter begins at Paturle Aciers Shopfloor Management is launched

At Paturle Aciers, we have just reached a key milestone: the rollout of Shopfloor Management across our entire factory, at the heart of our five production units.

After several months of preparation since January 2025, the first AICs officially began on November 17, 2025.

An important moment for all our teams: it's not just one line or one workshop... but the entire factory that is shifting to this new dynamic!

This collective approach is already strengthening our performance, our organization, and our cohesion, with a clear goal: to achieve a level of sustainable operational excellence.

Shopfloor Management allows us to better control our processes, anticipate issues, make corrections more quickly, and ensure a consistently high level of quality.
