Gender equality in the workplace index

Since March1, 2020, companies with more than 50 employees have had to calculate their professional equality index every year.
This index enables companies toassess the level of equality between women and men on the basis of 4 criteriaout of 100 points:
- Gender pay gap (out of 40 points): to measure this indicator, we need at least 3 men and 3 women in each age bracket of each professional category, and the groups thus selected must represent at least 40% of the workforce, which is not the case at Paturle Aciers :incalculable.
- Individual increase rate differential (out of 35 points): 35/35
- Number of employees receiving a raise following maternity leave (out of 15 points): no return from maternity or adoption leave in 2024: incalculable
- Parity among the 10 highest earners (out of 10 points): 5/10
