Our manufacturing process
Our manufacturing processes are rigorously controlled. The expertise of our staff, combined with the continuous improvement implemented on our tools, enables us to offer reliable products that are perfectly adapted to our customers' expectations.
Cold rolling
We are equipped with rolling mills using different technologies (20-cylinder rolling mills and quarto rolling mills) capable of shaping products to the desired thickness with high precision and excellent surface quality.
Annealing
We have the capacity to anneal coils using bell-type and in-line annealing furnaces under a protected and controlled atmosphere. The annealing programs and gases used enable us to ensure a controlled microstructure.
Tempering
Our hardening workshop is equipped with several production lines that can process products of varying widths and thicknesses. The desired mechanical and geometric properties are achieved through our control microstructure transformation.
Polishing and coloring
We treat steel using several types of polishers to achieve high and varied levels of surface finish. The surface of the metal can be colored through controlled surface oxidation.
Coating
Three specific coating lines enable us to offer technical coatings. The various technologies used enable us to produce organic, electrolytic, and powder coatings.
Shearing and edge machining
The products are sold in the widths and lengths requested by the customer with high standards for edge quality. The edges of the products can be machined to meet specific requirements.
Packaging
We tailor our packaging to our customers' specific requirements. We can ship by truck or container anywhere in the world. Our packaging meets the requirements of sea, rail, air, and road transport.
