Damper valves
Shock absorber valves are essential components that are subject to continuous stress. High levels of reliability and excellent fatigue resistance are therefore a prerequisite.
CP-Flex 25 ® ™ is a carbon steel that meets these constraints thanks to tight tolerances, very high mechanical strength, exceptional fatigue resistance and perfect flatness.
If even higher fatigue strength is required, for example for a valve subjected to greater amplitudes, PATURLE ACIERS offers S-Flex25® ™ , a high-molybdenum stainless steel that provides increased fatigue strength.
PATURLE ACIERS is recognized for delivering the quality required for the manufacture of top-of-the-range shock absorbers, and is able to supply the full range of thicknesses required, to short lead-times and reduced quantities.
